How Primera Haulage collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
Last updated: 17 October 2026. This policy explains what happens to information you provide through the Primera Haulage website (primera.co.tz).
When you submit a contact, quote or comment form we receive only what you type into it: typically your name, email address, telephone number, service of interest and the contents of your message.
Submitted form data is delivered to our operations inbox at info@primera.co.tz and is used for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry, prepare the quote you asked for, and keep a record of business correspondence. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
Form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit.co, a form-delivery service, to our mailbox above. No payment information is ever collected on this website. Email itself travels through standard internet infrastructure and the providers you and we use.
Correspondence is kept for as long as it remains relevant to an active enquiry or as Tanzanian commercial law requires for business records, then deleted. Access is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to its use — including under Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 and, where applicable, the GDPR. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Our pages link to other websites (for example our parent group, Premier Energies). Those sites operate under their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
